How do I enable the Parent Assistant or Angel Only Mode?

To enable the Parent Assistant or Angel Only Mode in the app, navigate to the profile page and tap the ‘settings gear’ in the top right corner and enter your parent pin. Here you can toggle on the Parent Assistant or Angel Only Mode.

Parent Assistant requires both system notifications and screen time permissions on your device to be enabled. When you flip the toggle to ‘on’, your phone will prompt you to update these permissions. Tap ‘allow’ to enable the permissions.

Angel Only mode requires screen time permissions on your device to be enabled. When you flip the toggle to ‘on’ your phone will prompt you to update these permissions. Tap ‘allow’ to enable the permissions.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If you are having issues enabling the Parent Assistant, you might not be able to enable screen time because you don't have a password on your device. Once you have a password on the device, you can try re-toggling the Parent Assistant on.
  • When toggling Parent Assistant and Angel Only Mode on, pay close attention to where the “allow” button is on the popup message. Apple systems places “allow” on both the left and right side.
